You can easily keep track of your orders by tracking them online as they travel to you in Australia or abroad. This way, you can be sure that the anabolic steroids and sports supplements you ordered from Roids Pharm are on their way to you. For specific information related to how we deliver your steroids to Australia safely, delivery estimated arrival times and our delivery fees, please see the “Our Delivery Methods” section on this page.

Delivery and tracking of goods

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse as soon as your payment has been verified as successful. It may take 2 to 5 business days for customs clearance at the port of exit in the country of origin to processing your order for export.

To track your order’s progress as it travels to you, you will now receive a Delivery Confirmation email from us. This email will include a special tracking number for your order. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received this email.

How to locate your tracking number

Follow the instructions in the Delivery Confirmation email or click here to log in to our website, where you can find your specific tracking number(s) listed under the ‘Order History’ section, so that you may track your order.

TRACKING DELIVERIES BOUND FOR AUSTRALIA

You can track your package using Australia Post’s online tracking service or the AusPost mobile app once it reaches Australia and has already been approved for import by the Australian Border Force at the port of entry.

A combination of 13 alphabetic and numeric characters makes up the most common tracking number format in Australia. The usual format for a number is two alphabets, nine digits, and then “AU.”

The following is an illustration of a 13-digit Australian Post tracking number: EE 999 999 999 AU Once you receive your tracking number email, it could take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear. Australia Post will also update you on your delivery via email or text message (if your mobile number has been provided).

TRACKING AN INTERNATIONAL PARCEL

You can follow your delivery by entering your tracking number here if it is intended for a country other than Australia or if the Australian Border Force has not yet cleared it for import at the port of entry.

DIFFICULTY FINDING YOUR TRACKING NUMBER

The manufacturers’ European and Asian warehouses dispatch your order directly from their depots. Your order is sent to a central regional logistics hub to wait for customs export authorisation after the delivery service provider in that nation collects it from the warehouse.

Once your package has been approved for export (which could take up to three days), the delivery company will give us the tracking number.

Please get in touch with our team if it has been more than three days since your payment was confirmed, you haven’t received an email with your tracking number, and it isn’t visible in the Order History section of our website. We will look into the situation as soon as we can.

ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER:

Please verify that the number you entered is in the proper 13-digit number format if Australia Post is unable to recognise your tracking number.

A tracking number is only provided by Australia Post after your package has been successfully cleared by the Australian Border Force, so please be aware of this.

There may have been a lag in updating the tracking database if you are unable to locate any tracking information for your package.

Years of discreet steroid delivery experience mean that it is extremely unlikely that your steroids were seized during customs clearance. Even so, get in touch with us and we’ll resend your order at no additional cost! You might need to go to the delivery service’s website to get the latest tracking information.

SPLIT DELIVERIES

If your parcel did not fit into one of the regular postal envelopes we use for all orders, we had to split it up into numerous separate deliveries, which is why items are missing from your delivery.

If an order contains numerous goods, each item may have its delivery date and tracking information. Please check your email again since you may have received more than one tracking number for your complete transaction in this situation. Keep in mind that not all parcels will arrive at the same time or on the same day. To help assure delivery success, we delay each parcel before delivering it so that border officials do not become suspicious and flag your address for scrutiny every time you receive an overseas delivery.

ESTIMATED delivery arrival times:

Please give the package a few more days to be delivered if the estimated delivery date has passed and your tracking information hasn’t changed.

Typically, deliveries take place on or shortly after the predicted date. If your package shows as delivered, but you haven’t yet received it, please contact Australia Post as they will be able to provide you with more details.

DELIVERIES STUCK AT THE SAME LOCATION

Don’t panic if the tracking site shows that your package hasn’t moved for a few days. Usually, the delay is caused by the process of having customs clear it. Until your order is approved for export in the country of origin, it is held in limbo. It is then released after it crosses the Australian border. Before contacting us, please contact Australia Post because they could have more up-to-date information.

However, if it has been longer than 7 days since your order changed locations, do get in touch with us so that we can attempt to fix the problem on our end.
